You are not autistic.
You are not ADHD.
You are not neurotypical.
You are human.
Every label echoes the environment, an attempt to freeze what is fluid, to define what is still becoming.
The brain is not pre-wired with identity.
It is ready to be shaped.
Experience, expectation, and inflammation carve their patterns.
Neurotypes are not tribes.
They are transient equilibria within a single human spectrum, elements of how our essence meets the world we have made.
To divide the continuum into camps is to confuse compassion with ontology, and to mistake difference for destiny.
The truth is simpler and more demanding:
We are all the same species, residing in different environments.
And those environments, more than our genes, determine which potentials are allowed to breathe into being.
So let us speak not of disorders or types, but of conditions, the conditions that make certain minds possible.
Let us build worlds that value balance, courage, curiosity, and cherish rest, as much as speed, novelty, and noise.
Because when we understand that we are not our neurotype, We rediscover what we have always been:
a plastic, feeling, adaptive organism, human before all else.
